- Please have the following to register your student:
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunizations
- Proof of Residence (Lease Agreement, Notarized Letter/Form (Click here to print), County Assessor, Deed, Etc. - please no utility bills.
If you do not have access to a scanner, you can bring them to the office to be scanned and sent to your email.
